Rachel and Holloway joins the boat crew in trying to keep order on the harbor as a flotilla of fanatical environmental protesters hinder the Navy's arrival. The weekend takes a violent turn when a teenager is found bashed in the Water Police car park. Livvy, the bar attendant, reveals she overheard five American sailors talking about harassing gays and a posse of off-duty Rats is organized to track them down. Rachel is offered a job in the security business.
