After a robbery, a gang of ruthless bank robbers hijack a fully occupied public bus. When the fuel runs out, Semir drives the tanker they demand. The gangsters force him to replace the injured bus driver.

The gangster van Heerlen is on the run and captures Semir. He has no idea that he is infected with a deadly virus. Tom tries everything to free his partner and prevent the outbreak of an epidemic.
