Hiroto introduces his adoptive father, Iwao, to everyone and has made spicy curry for dinner. When Ran goes to get Iwao’s plate, she hears a muffle sound and goes back to the living room. She goes back a second time, at Hiroto’s request, but finds Iwao hanging in his room, bleeding from his mouth.
