Wooden fish decoys are carved, balanced and painted to attract fish beneath the ice. Motion-picture film is cleaned and scanned frame by frame into digital files; sheet steel is rolled and welded into compact cylinder stoves; and reinforced concrete is moulded and cured into tall light poles.
