Ноябрь 1990 года. В результате долгого и кропотливого расследования наконец-то удалось установить личность предполагаемого маньяка. Это был совершенно неприметный мужчина в очках примерно пятидесятилетнего возраста. Чтобы обезвредить жестокого серийного убийцу, было задействовано огромное количество представителей правоохранительных органов. Никто не мог предположить, на что способен этот изувер, поэтому все были готовы к самому жесткому сценарию задержания. Две оперативные группы заблокировали первый и пятый этажи. Судя по докладу дежурных милиционеров, подозреваемый Андрей Романович Чикатило находился в это время в своей квартире.

Чтобы опаснейший преступник Советского Союза ничего не заподозрил, к дверям его квартира направилась переодетая в гражданскую одежду сотрудница милиции Ирина Овсянникова. Она позвонила в звонок у входа в жилище возможного жестокого убийцы. Дверь ей открыл невысокий мужчина в возрасте неброской наружности. Овсянникова завела разговор с маньяком, отвлекая его от каких-либо ненужных подозрений. На какое- то мгновение Чикатило потерял бдительность, что позволило задержать его без кровопролития. На подозреваемого преступника, на счету которого насчитывалось более пятидесяти жертв, надели наручники. Капкан захлопнулся.

Все жители города в шоке. Тихий и безобидный бывший учитель в школе, казавшийся всем очень порядочным и милым человеком, оказался одним из самых жестоких убийц современности. Этот человек имел семью – жену и двое детей. Супруга душегуба до последнего не могла поверить в виновность мужа. Свое первое убийство он совершил еще в 1978 году, и это доставило ему огромное удовольствие. На первых допросах мужчина ведет себя уверенно и доказывает следователям, что он ни в чем не виновен. Липягин и Ковалев снова вставляют палки в колеса, не давая Кесаеву заставить Андрея Чикатило признаться во всех своих преступлениях.

Улик становится все больше. Серийному убийце на допросах предъявляются доказательства его вины. Чикатило вначале упорно молчит, затем начинает петлять, пытаясь запутать следствие. Он все еще надеется избежать наказания. Однажды вместо него уже был задержан совершенно невиновный человек, которого приговорили к высшей мере наказания и уже привели приговор в исполнение. Маньяк пытается выдумывать самые нелепые версии, чтобы оправдать себя, но многочисленные отпечатки и показания свидетелей говорят о том, что это именно он виноват во всех этих жестоких убийствах.

Доктор Евгений Николаевич Некрасов наблюдает за поведением Чикатило. Он понимает, что преступник очень хитер. Он советует следователям не верить ни единому слову убийцы и готовиться к тому, что жертв на самом деле может оказаться гораздо больше. Из Москвы начинают требовать результаты. В Советском Союзе еще не было преступлений такого масштаба. Жители в городе хотят совершить самосуд. Чикатило тайно вывозят, чтобы родственники убитых жертв не смогли добраться до душегуба с целью отомстить за всех истерзанных детей и женщин. Чикатило начинает менять тактику поведения.

В ходе следственных мероприятий становится известно о более, чем пятидесяти жертвах ростовского убийцы. Практически все они были детьми и подростками. Было установлено, что среди жертв были и женщины. Чикатило убивал несчастных детей и женщин особо жестокими способами, испытывая при этом невероятно сильное сексуальное возбуждение. В жизни этот педофил страдал импотенцией, и сексуальную разрядку научился получать с помощью пыток и изощренных способов умерщвления жертв. Впервые желание убить у него появилось, когда он еще работал в школе. Тогда шестикласснице чудом удалось остаться в живых.

В ходе судебных заседаний Чикатило признается во всех эпизодах своих тяжелых преступлений. Он отвечает на все вопросы прокурора. В деле значится, что во время следственных мероприятий он в последнее время весьма активно сотрудничал с представителями следственного комитета. Он показывал, где и как убивал своих жертв. Делился своими ощущениями, испытываемыми на момент убийств. Ближе к середине судебных слушаний Чикатило начинает менять тактику, активно пытаясь изобразить сумасшедшего. Он много гримасничает, кривляется и даже мочится при всех в зале суда. Психиатр Евгений Некрасов настаивает на том, что подсудимый симулирует болезнь.

Финальная серия сериала о Ростовском потрошителе посвящена допросу и показаниям маньяка. Майор Липягин предложил поместить подозреваемого в камеру с двумя мужчинами, которые проходят по статье за разбой. По его мнению, они смогут «повлиять» на Чикатило. Его коллега, полковник Ковалев, вовремя отменяет приказ.

Kim, Ron and the Possible family head to Florida to help Kim's grandmother unpack at her new home. Can Kim fight against her grandmother's over-protectiveness? Meanwhile, Drakken and Shego accidentally create an army of old people instead of teens, and Kim's Nana is one of them. Can Kim fight her own Nana?

Ron is sucked into the cyber game world of Everlot as he attempts to impress Zita. The whole gang duels Malcolm the Wraithmaster LotR-style, with a little help from a not-so-naked Tunnel Lord.

When Ron is volunteering to help the elderly by doing tasks for them, Ron is assigned to the house of Timothy North, an elderly man who has sent all volunteers away. However, Ron stumbles across the fact that Timothy North is really The Fearless Ferret, an old superhero who Ron adores; in which Ron is selected to become the new Fearless Ferret but he must keep his identity a secret, even from Kim. Though when The White Stripe comes to fight the new Fearless Ferret, Ron discovers it’s more difficult than he expected; while Kim is busy trying to figure out why Ron is behaving strangely.

When Middleton High School participates in a student exchange program, Ron is selected to go to a school in Japan while a student named Hirotaka is chosen to come to Middleton. Ron finds out that the school he was assigned to visit is a secret ninja school while Kim and Monique eventually start crushing on Hirotaka. However, when Lord Monkey Fist steals the Lotus Blade from Ron’s sensei, it’s up to Ron to save the day; though without Kim’s help.

Drakken and Shego attempt to breach Area 51 with a gigantic poodle while Ron uses the attack to shoot his monster movie.

The weather outside is frightful when evil, toxically-mutated snowmen terrorize Middleton.

In the spirit of the season, Drakken, Shego, Ron, and the Possible family put their differences behind them to share Christmas in the Arctic ... of course, only after several action-packed battles and confrontations.

When a recent string of thefts cause a global shortage on a certain type of doll, Kim decides to investigate, despite the fact that she already has a lot of extra-curricular duties to perform. When she finds out that the Bebe-bots are back and bent on creating an army of their speedy species, with Bonnie as their queen, Kim must rely on some recently acquired experimental shoes in order to save the world; though that isn’t going to stop her from doing a few of her extra-curricular tasks along the way.

Ron signs an unwilling Kim up for the school talent show after Bonnie announces her intent to crush any competition. Her plans to sing are interrupted when Wade begins acting erratically and orders Kim and Ron to recover teleportation technology from Professor Dementor. Technology, she suspects, that may have not been stolen after all.

On their way to cheer camp, the squad again finds itself at Camp Wannaweep for the Spirit Stick Competition. Kim deals with having an obnoxious Bonnie.

On their trip to Go City, Ron and Kim come across a villain named Aviarius who is seeking the power of another hero. However, when Kim inadvertently winds up with the a hero named Hego’s powers, she soon learns that the only way to restore what isn’t hers and to help stop a mad man may be to team up with her deadliest foe; Shego.

When Kim catches a cold from her brothers before a mission, she soon discovers that it’s hard to save the world when you’re not feeling well. Dr. Drakken and Shego exploit the moment to steal a laser from the research lab Kim is guarding. However, when Kim’s sickness begins to spread, a series of events occurred that not even she could expect.

When Kim is sprayed with some pollen that causes her to vanish more and more each time she blushes, she must stay at home while Ron and Wade work together to find the cure. However, when Josh Mankey asks Kim on a date, she risks her life to go out with him; though Drakken and Shego take notice of her foolishness and exploit the opportunity to make it one of the most embarrassing nights of her life.

Kim, hoping not to be landed with Ron as her science project partner, instead gets a brainiac who won’t let her do anything at all. Monique gets Ron and quickly becomes exasperated by his trademark laziness. Meanwhile Drakken charms DNAmy into creating a vicious Komodo dragon.

To help his son's ongoing quest to become a pop sensation, Senor Senior, Senior kidnaps the Oh Boyz band to blackmail the record company. The plan backfires when Ron winds up captured along with the group. The record executive, finding the Oh Boyz' disappearance to be a profit windfall, is in no hurry to help so Kim must find Ron and the others on her own.

Kim catches a nasty cold from the Tweebs, but still accepts a mission to guard a mysterious machine. After Drakken and Shego steal the device, her mother insists that she stay in bed to rest while Ron and then the Tweebs take up her duties. By the time matters are resolved, everybody on both sides of the conflict has caught the cold.

When trying to save a scientist from Dr. Drakken’s secret arctic base, Kim and Ron are hit with a truth ray which forces them to speak the absolute truth about every issue. Kim soon discovers that this is a huge embarrassment while Ron is enjoying his newfound truth potential, but can they get through the day without causing themselves huge problems?

As a part of Mother's Day mother-daughter bonding, Kim and her mother Dr. Possible decide to foil Drakken's latest scheme together. Drakken, on his part, is forced to deal with the presence of his mother while he attempts to steal a batch of Syntho-Plasma.

After a series of high tech robberies, Kim tries to stop the plot of a rogue scientist turned rocking trucker, with a little help from a new friend, Felix.

Naco royalties make Ron a tremendously rich and wealthy multimillionaire with ninety-nine million dollars, which he then proceeds to squander on a posse of fake friends and spending binges. Out of greed, Dr. Drakken attempts to steal Ron's newly acquired fortune and wealth to complete his latest doomsday scheme.

After a long list of attempts to turn himself into a jock go sour, Ron gets a new chance to compete in the X games when he and Kim are sent to investigate a series of robberies.

While Kim and Ron are at the Museum, she discovers that one of her ancestors was a thief and she decides to figure out what really happened in order to clear her family’s name. However, after a bunch of bizarre coincidences connects the events on that day with that of Wade and Dr. Drakken’s ancestors as well, she soon believes she may be close to figuring out what exactly happened to cause her ancestor to get framed, though Ron keeps feeling that something about their predicament just doesn’t feel right.
