Sick of being overscrutinized, overrushed, and overwatched, Nick, Brooke, and Linda plan some day trips to let Hulk experience different kinds of things. Nick goes out golfing with his dad and another father and son, but the boys ultimatley wind up being kicked off of the green for causing damage to the golf carts. Brooke and Linda try to get Hulk into tennis, but he would rather have a beer. But when Brooke and Linda try something else, Hulk may actually have found a hobby he likes - pilates.
