At the same time, in Paris, Josip Broz Tito awaits news from Moscow regarding his appointment as General Secretary of the KPJ and meets Maja Davidović. The recently released Stanko Pletikosić joins the investigation, almost against his will, realizing that in the four years of his absence the city has changed, but the atrocities have remained the same.
