While Cinaglia awaits the results of the political campaign, Samurai reaffirms its control over Aureliano and Lele. Spadino makes a shrewd move to have power.

Livia becomes a pawn and a victim in the battle between Spadino and his mother. Sara meets a new ally in the Vatican and Cinaglia risks big disobeying Samurai.

Aureliano swears revenge. Angelica devises a plan to help Spadino. Christian suspects more and more of Lele. Samurai pushes Sara to transfer the refugees.

Cinaglia confronts the consequences of defection with Samurai. Adelaide tries to control drug trafficking in Ostia. Lele asks Sara for help to conquer the Samurai.

Cinaglia conspires, while Samurai looks for a new alliance and the silence of an old friend. To regain control of Ostia, Aureliano becomes ruthless.

New alliances are born and the old ones disintegrate, while the blood flows and the tensions in the drug trafficking environments push Ostia towards a war.

After the outbreak of violence, Cinaglia reinforces the commitment to his bloodthirsty plan. Aureliano and Spadino reach an agreement and Lele faces the wrath of Samurai.

As the elections approach and Samurai loses power, Aureliano asks Nadia for help. Spadino is blackmailed and Lele makes a fateful choice.
